**Your New Role**

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for resolving issues and risks across a range of activities within the Agency. You will provide leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for your team. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of risk profiles, compliance policies, operational and quality processes and escalation models. You will manage the validation, monitoring and reporting on work output, impact and quality against established standards. You will also provide operational advice on responses to non-routine matters.

**What You'll Need To Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Experience in leading and managing teams of compliance officers in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
