Working as part of a geographically dispersed Collaboration Technology team, you are a dynamic, motivated, self-driven team player with experience in designing, planning, implementing, and supporting social, collaboration and productivity services aligned to business requirements across a global organisation.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape a world-class digital workplace, and you will be required to ensure the best user experience while driving the continuing evolution of workplace collaboration technologies.

Your previous experience in technology architecture and design roles will be instrumental in this excellent opportunity to further your technology career.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Manage, develop and coach a team of Collaboration technical engineers
- work with business stakeholders, management, peers and service providers to design, plan, implement and support systems across Microsoft Teams, Workplace from Meta and other messaging and productivity technologies
- design overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategies to deliver solutions which meet customer needs
- develop roadmaps, governance, processes, and policies aligning to business and IT strategy
- research technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards.
- identify existing and potential issues and design matters in overall system and solution architecture; implement solutions to ensure that best practices and processes are followed and enhanced.
- ensure Information Security best practice is followed, and work is compliant with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.

**Technical skills will ideally include**:

- extensive experience designing, planning, and implementing Microsoft Cloud solutions end to end as a Solution Architect/Designer
- expert technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Workplace from Meta, including but not limited to:

- Microsoft Teams, Stream, Planner, Whiteboard, Forms, etc.
- Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune
- PowerShell Scripting / Graph API
- Other collaboration technologies such as Mural, Teem, etc.
- strong track record in working in a customer focused, dynamic, highly complex organization, responsible for operations and/or process execution
- excellent customer service skills and good communication & collaboration skills, you'll have a can-do attitude where anything is possible
- ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and automate processes to deliver efficiencies
- understanding of network dependencies, implications & requirements needed to run SaaS.
