The Construction Manager’s primary objective is to effectively and efficiently manage the project site to Energy Queensland (EQL) and client expectations and manages all construction activities, ensuring that site safety, compliance with statutory regulations, EQL standards, policies and business guidelines are achieved.

This position is predominantly field-based and the incumbent will be required to travel intrastate and interstate and work away from home on a 10/4 fortnightly roster.

Critical to your success in the role is your demonstrated experience in managing a project with multiple sites across a broad geographic footprint at a site manager/supervisor level.

Additionally, you have:

- Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency (or other Australian state/territory equivalent) as an Electrical Tradesperson;
- ‘C’ class Drivers Licence;
- General Construction induction card (white card);
- Strong commercial acumen;
- High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
