Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Principal Project Officer - Innovation and Innovation will:
- Provide leadership, technical advice and delivery support to enable critical improvement and innovation initiatives across CHQ.
- Progress CHQ's organisational approach to sustainable improvement and innovation through the ongoing development, maturation and delivery of the CHQ Improvement and Innovation Framework.
- Lead the development and implementation of CHQs improvement and innovation approaches, including alignment to organisational strategy, governance and people/systems/processes/methodologies required for operationalisation.
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to build capability of contemporary approaches to innovation and design processes to support change in the local context.
- Identify and build external partnerships to support CHQs innovation program.
