Catholic Healthcare's Holy Spirit Croydon is a (127 bed) home looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our home.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Minor repairs in walls, such as patching holes, repainting, installing grab rails
- Plumbing repairs, such as changing tap washers, fixing leaks,
- unblocking toilets, IT savvy - also small appliance, TV & Internet connections
- Handyman tasks such as repairing furniture, hanging shelves, maintaining the oiling of timber decks as required, cleaning stormwater grates once every 6 weeks
- Cleaning the carpark area on a regular basis-gurney once per month, garbage chutes and bin rooms on a regular basis-gurney once per month
- Recycling cardboard using the Bailer Machine, managing the removal and collection of garbage bins as often as required
- ** Ideally Trade certified**:

- Highly computer literate, provide works costs estimates, logging and attending to work orders through an online system
- Excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise and be organise
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements essential
- IT savvy - TV & Internet connections
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers License
- Fully COVID vaccinated
- Willing to complete a Police check
- NDIS clearance or willing to obtain
