**Description**
As a Recruitment Admin, your responsibilities will include:
- Pre-screening and Interviews: Organize and coordinate interviews that align with client requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Keep the talent pipeline flowing, managing Temp/Contract/Labour Hire availability
- Take care of all administration duties, from identification to reference checks.
**Profile**
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in recruitment or admin and customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Love talking to people
- Proven administration experience and the ability to be proactive to changing client needs
- A high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines for different clients and project
**You must be a permanent resident or a citizen.**
**Job Offer**
