**About the Role**

Manage a vast and high-profile property portfolio to deliver great outcomes for the community. This role leads a team of highly skilled and dedicated property and facilities professionals managing a portfolio of approximately $2.1b in value. Including assets such as the Palais Theatre, South Melbourne Market, The Stokehouse, Donovans Restaurant, three historical town halls and many more.

**Duties**:

- Implement Council’s annual program of licencing and leasing.
- Manage the day-to-day complex operations of facilities across the city to ensure they are safe, effective, financially sustainable and continue to be an asset for our community.
- Lead Council’s ongoing workplace transformation to ensure that the organisation can deliver on the Council Plan.

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in property & facilities management including in leasing and licencing.
- Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline.
- Experience in leading workplace transformations.
