An exciting opportunity exists to join a market leader in the Welding and Cutting industry. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team that will drive and take our brand to the next level.

The right applicant will be part of a dynamic and fun team and will assist with the implementation of daily marketing communication initiatives in the Asia Pacific region through our digital channels and distributor network. This will involve, but is not limited to, the coordination, creation and/or being the ‘face’ of video content used for social media, website and printed materials. Overseeing all Social Media and printed content, creation and analytics, you will also be responsible for coordinating any video and photography sessions required and liaise with multiple 3rdparty entities (both locally and overseas) to obtain the right content to suit the business’ Social Media objectives.
- **Social Media & Website Management**:Overseeing and maintaining the company’s website whilst delivering content through our Digital Channels using internal, 3rdparty and sponsorship program resources and collateral. Posting/Scheduling of content as well as analytics of all Social Media/Digital performance, in particular Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. You will have a keen eye for detail and be familiar with current trends whilst being strategic in your approach.
- **Creative Development & Graphic Design**:Creating/obtaining all aspects of digital and print content from coordinating video and/or photography sessions to product reviews along with copywriting content for digital and general marketing materials. This involves driving the idea from conception through to production, posting and analytics as well as overseeing/creation of artwork throughout packaging and brochures.
- **Marketing Support**: Support Brand Managers with new product releases through Social Media, Website and electronic mailouts (eDM’s) as well as supporting the team with marketing collateral, and our customers with marketing programs, events and activities.
- **Event & Collateral Coordination**: Assist in organising staff and customer events and training days. Coordinate stock levels of marketing collateral, sourcing merchandise, reordering and distribution of displays, promotional merchandise, POS, signage and literature.
- **ROI Reporting & Analytics**:Responsible for interpreting social and digital analytics, analysing return on investment, and calculating margins and profitability of marketing activities.

We understand that creating content can’t simply be done from the office so you will also be required to attend distributor events and coordinate customer visits to get the right content - you may very well be the face of the company

Excellent creative, analytical and communication skills are required. Experience in Graphic Design using the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred with a strong eye for detail. Microsoft Excel and SEO/Google Ad Word campaigns will be viewed upon favourably. Must have an in-depth understanding of social media algorithms and analytics with the right determination to put our brand top of mind.

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
