Key responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM**
- Tertiary qualifications & Full registration with **AHPRA or ESSA**:

- **At least two year's **experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
- **Experience **mentoring junior consultants **in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting**(previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants)
