A unique opportunity exists with a well-established and reputable audio-visual integrator based in Sydney’s North West. Eclipse Sound and Vision are looking for entry level through to experienced audio-visual installation technicians on a part time or casual basis. We are looking for individuals who are well-presented, have appropriate trade skills, including experience with hand and battery/power tools. Previous industry experience is highly regarded, however not necessary.
- Installing audio-visual, video conferencing, and control systems for top clients across Sydney
- Working in corporate, education and government areas
- Working closely with team members across the business to deliver a seamless and first class customer experience to our clients

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience with hand and battery/power tools
- Experience with Audio Visual installations including structured cabling, mounting of equipment, rack building, terminating audio, video and data cabling.
- Troubleshooting audio visual systems
- Interpreting audio visual schematics, room drawings and other construction diagrams
- Working on construction sites
- Good understanding of IT networking principles

**Qualifications and knowledge**:
Required:

- Drivers Licence
- OH&S White card (Can be obtained after accepting the job)

**Highly Regarded**:

- Avixa CTS
- Industry-specific certificates or qualifications are a major advantage - e.g. Extron, Q-SYS, Crestron etc.
- IT networking qualification is advantageous (e.g. Cisco or similar), but at a minimum a good working knowledge of IPv4 networking, switching, routing and addressing.
- Tafe/University/College courses relating to electronics, electrical, mechanical or telecommunications.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
