This is an exciting opportunity to join our large Melbourne based team as a Scrum Master. It is a long-term contract initially for 6 months and with possible extns with hybrid working environment. Our client develops and delivers policies, programs and services that support and enhance the wellbeing of all Victorians. The Scrum Master will be required for the:
**1. Sprint planning document**
**2. Sprint handover documentation**
**Responsibilities**
- In this critical role, you will work closely with the Squad to focus on creating a high-performance culture with strong customer focused delivery.
- Communication, coordination, and cooperation of an agile team in meeting their delivery goals.
- Issues and risk resolution.
- Scrum events including artefact creation and product demonstration.
- Development team identification and decomposition of technical enablers and user stories, and estimation of the work effort.
- Agile or SAFe would be preferred.
**Qualifications**
- Deliverables to meet delivery goals and compliance to governance processes and agreed standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required, including weekend and outside of core business hours.
- 3 years Scrum Master experience required with a project management or technical information technology background
- 1 year working with Salesforce system implementations.
- Proven agile PM/scrum master experience under the Agile SCRUM methodology, including the running of sprint planning, backlog reviews and retrospective sessions, controlling scope changes, liaising with various stakeholders (especially Product Owners) on their attendance and commitment to projects.
- Experience managing the full project life cycle from planning through to operational support hand-over for software development solutions
- Experience managing multi-functional teams across Business Analysis, Architecture (Solution, Security, Data, Infrastructure), Development and Testing.
- Experience with Agile scrum tools preferably Azure DevOps in a MS Dynamics 365 or Salesforce Environment.
- Artefacts in support of Scrum events, such as prioritised Backlog Items, Metrics, Product Demonstrations and
- Artefacts in support of Agile Transformation to transition and operate a Build & Run Product Management model.
**Must have**:
Agile certification
Scrum Certification
Azure DevOps in a MS Dynamics 365 or Salesforce Environment.
