**The Role**

Reporting into the Workforce Manager, the Reporting Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and insightful distribution of workforce reporting to managers, executives, staff and other stakeholders. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for extracting and collating data from multiple systems, preparing reports for use, and maintaining reports and dashboards. Working closely with experienced Senior Analysts, this position offers excellent career development opportunities for a junior analyst or administrator who is process-driven and detail-oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for a variety of stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and control of employee and worker information.
- Maintain reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
- Perform data cleansing and data entry tasks.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver timely scheduled reports.

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills highly regarded
- Proficiency in extracting, updating, and formatting data from multiple systems following established processes.
- Experience updating and modifying PowerBI Reports and Dashboards highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scheduled report dashboards on an ongoing basis.
