**YOUR ROLE**

CEVA’s Industrial Projects & Energy Solutions (IP&ES) division services the specialised logistics needs of energy, mining and industrial customers across ANZ.

We’re now seeking an enthusiastic Project Logistics Coordinator to join the team, based from our Pinkenba QLD offices (hybrid working). You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, coordinating the end-to-end logistics process, in partnership with local / international internal stakeholders, sub-contractors, third party vendors and others.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

In this multi-faceted role, you will:

- Organise and participate in sales calls with existing customers, following up on leads and updating our CRM
- Assist with the preparation of customer quotations, RFQ and tender responses and presentations
- Implement new customer accounts, working with internal partner functions
- Coordinate operations within and across the business related to shipments and cargo movements
- Attend CEVA site visits and/or perform route and port surveys including ad-hoc supervision of operations at port/site
- Ensure compliance with company, IP&ES, ISO and other guidelines.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Good communication, project planning, prioritisation and customer / stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: knowledge or experience with cargo handling, out of gauge, heavy lift, lashing, etc.
- Bonus: experience with one or more of charter parties / booking notes, CargoWise.
