**Role Description/Criteria**

**The position**

Loreto Toorak is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sports Administrator to help support our Aerobic Gymnastics Program. The role assists and supports the Head of Gymnastics in a range of administration and program tasks. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, part time, approximately 20 hours per week, ideally working Monday to Friday afternoons.

Responsibilities include;
- Respond to any student and parent queries relating to the program
- Assist in overseeing a maintenance schedule for equipment and replacement as necessary
- Organise equipment and uniforms for stock take and re-ordering
- Maintain a clean and safe sports equipment store room
- Assist in rostering of staff and supporting casual coaching practices
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant associations in the administration management of events
- Other sports administration duties as directed by the Head of Gymnastics or Director of Programs

**About you**

To thrive in this role, you will have a passion for and strong understanding of the sport of aerobic gymnastics and enjoy providing administration and customer service support. A coaching qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential. You will be proficient with IT, have excellent organisational and data entry skills and an ability to engage confidently and proactively with students, parents, staff and the broader Loreto community.

A current Working with Children's Check (employee) is an essential requirement for this role. We also would prefer that you have current First Aid and CPR certificates, however these are not essential.
