**HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Adviser**

**About the Role**
This is a full-time, ongoing position.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Adviser to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, induction, onboarding, and provide guidance on interpreting enterprise agreements, policies, and procedures.
Your excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills will enable you to effectively handle competing priorities and excel in this dynamic environment.
You possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Integrity, confidentiality, and self-motivation are at the core of your work ethic, allowing you to work independently or as part of a team with confidence.
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Identify and communicate staffing needs with department managers.
- Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to source and retain top talent.
- Ensure recruitment processes are fair and adhere to all regulations.
**HR Services**
- Develop and evaluate staff induction and exit interview processes.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, legislative and enterprise agreement
compliance.
- Contribute to workplace culture and core values promotion
- Generate HR reports and provide administrative support.
**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Well-developed knowledge and experience of contemporary HR procedures and practices.
- 5+ years of broad generalist HR and Recruitment experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management (an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact proactively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Effective in contributing to a small team and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in adapting to unfamiliar IT systems environments
- Ability to operate in a manual environment
- Takes responsibility for tasks from inception to completion.
