We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Team Leader Swim School. You are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. At CoM we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile, proactive and enthusiastic.

As the Team Leader Swim School, you will work as part of a passionate team at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre, one of the premier sporting facilities in Western Australia supporting programs and services for the local community.

In your role you will be primarily responsible to the successful operations of the Swim School component of the Centre on a day-to-day basis.

**What impact will you make?**
- Efficient and effective swim school operations at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre
- Effective customer-focused service ensuring customer needs and requirements are paramount when making decisions and taking appropriate action
- Facilitate effective teamwork to enhance the quality of service
- Ensure Swim School staff are efficiently organised to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to all customers
- Ensure that the swim school operations are conducted in a safe environment
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health requirements are managed, observed and adhered to
- Ability to “think outside the box” and be flexible in the delivery of services to meet our community’s evolving expectations.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Bronze medallion
- AUSTSWIM Teacher Certificate or equivalent
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Minimum of three years previous experience in a similar position
- Previous experience within the aquatic and recreation industry
- Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to participate in a full pre-employment medical that includes drug and alcohol testing.

**The finer details**

This full time Level 5 position attracts a salary range of $83,427 to 88,868 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

Please note, this role may need to undertake weekend work when required.
