We're looking for an experienced OHS officer, to work for a dedicated NFP organisation.

**Your new company**

This fast passed Not-For-Profit Organisation works within the Healthcare space to provide a high level service to members in OHS related matters.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the OHS Manager you will;
- Provide expert advice, assistance, and support to members and staff in relation to OHS matters
- Identify risks and implement control measures from an OHS perspective
- Be able to respond quickly and efficiently to urgent OHS queries and concerns
- Develop and Deliver training equipment to HSR's and Staff

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven OHS experience in a high pressure environment
- Experience dealing with Occupational Violence situations (desirable but not essential)
- Min Cert 4 in OHS
- Great communication and interpersonal skills

**What you'll get in return**
- Flexible working arrangement (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

- Experience and Exposure to clinical/nfp OHS
