**The Role**

As our new **Marketing Coordinator**, you will be joining our APAC Marketing team that provides crucial support to our Marketing and Communications function. Reporting to our Marketing Manager in Melbourne, you will play a vital role in supporting our diverse marketing team in the region. Your primary focus will be ensuring the success of every project by closely collaborating with key team members and providing the necessary resources and attention. With a strong emphasis on driving impactful client outcomes and maintaining the consistent Pepperstone brand and values across Asia, your contributions will be instrumental to our marketing strategy. Collaboration and relationship building will be key as you engage with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle journey.

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Taking charge of diverse digital marketing initiatives, including independently setting up and maintaining Google/FB/DSP ads accounts, as well as building and launching successful advertisement campaigns.
- Creating culturally appropriate content that resonates with regional audiences, utilizing the unique features of specific social media platforms.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product development teams, partners, and external agencies, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Assisting in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including coordination with design teams, copywriters, and media outlets.
- Helping to organize and coordinate events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches.

**About You**:

- Strong knowledge of display advertising platforms, particularly Google Display Network, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in both **_Mandarin and English_**. Fluency in other Asian languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or social media marketing.
- Ability to develop unique and engaging visual campaigns that effectively attract and resonate with the target audience.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances, including fluctuations in market trends and industry standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
- Experience in the Asia market is advantageous, as is prior experience in the financial services industry.
- Current and appropriate working rights in Australia.
