**About the Role**:
The Injury Management Business Partner - Rehabilitation plays a crucial role in our organization by ensuring the provision of a prompt, comprehensive, effective, and efficient Return to Work service for SALHN employees. This role is accountable to the Injury Management Team Leader and is responsible for adhering to Return-to-Work legislation, SA Health Policy, and Accreditation Standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide recovery and return to work services for assigned injured workers.
- Offer professional support and advice to management regarding their leadership functions supporting their workforce health and wellbeing.
- Provide Injury Management Advisory Services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Build Business Partnerships with internal stakeholders to promote workplace health and safety.
- Engage in Mentorship functions to educate and support colleagues in injury management.
- Monitor, Review, Report, and Continuously Improve injury management processes and programs.

To be **successful** in this role, you will have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, psychology, behavioural science, allied health, or a significant level of discipline knowledge in workers' compensation legislation.
- Achievement of Return-to-Work Coordinator certification training via an approved provider within South Australia.
