- DIPLOMA or ECT qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children checks.
- Current first aid certificate and asthma & anaphylaxis training certificates.
- Sounded knowledge of the National Quality Framework, and the National Quality Standards, the ability to comply with the QNS and always aim for high quality care,
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework,
- Practical knowledge of QIKKIDS system. Responsibilities:

- The day-to-day management of the centre under National Law and National regulations.
- Working alongside with Early Childhood Teacher ensuring that educational programs developed and implemented in accordance with an approved learning framework.
- Ensuring, that supervision and safety of children adequately provided at all the time.
- Provide leadership and management to educators and staff in the line with regulations and procedures.
- Maintain community links with early childhood practitioners and other relevant community organisations and government agencies.
- Create welcoming and supportive environment for families, promote clear communication between the management team and educators, staff, and families.
- Comply with, maintain and review the service’s policies and procedures in accordance with the Education and Care Services, and National Law and Regulations. Remuneration and Benefits:
