Store Managers are at the core of our business, where recognition and celebration form part of our daily mantra. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers, team members and the local community then we're the place for you Opportunities exist for talented leaders to join Repco and learn about our business, parts and customers (operating retail and trade concurrently), before taking the reins of their own store. This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the **Northern Suburbs of Melbourne**, to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

**To be considered you will have**:

- Leadership / supervisory experience
- Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls, rosters and budgets
- Worked within a team to deliver results
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

**The successful individual will**:

- Be a passionate customer service expert
- Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed
- Have store leadership experience
- Have a flexible availability
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
