**The role**:
This role will see you making a significant contribution to the design, development and implementation of learning experiences - focusing on the capabilities, behaviours and attributes to empower our managers, leaders and team members to deliver on their purpose, in alignment with RPG & brand values.

You will be a true custodian and ambassador of the learning culture, designing and supporting the delivery of physical and digital learning interventions aligned with the RPG Learning & Development Framework, which is underpinned by a blend of sound Adult Learning theory, human-centered design principles and modern learning practices.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to the review and ongoing development of the RPG L&D Framework, learning design standards, implementation methodology, tools and templates
- Provide advice and counsel on technical L&D principles to guide production and implementation of learning resources
- Collaborate with technical experts to script, storyboard and deploy effective blended learning interventions
- Support with Face-to-Face and/or Remote learning delivery and sessions across all RPG brands
- Contribute to the planning and provision of the L&D calendar, aligned to key business priorities and initiatives
- Work in collaboration with the wider L&D team to ensure accuracy of learning records, data and reporting as well as day-to-day management of our LMS platform

- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, implementing and facilitating a variety of human skills, management and leadership learning interventions using multiple delivery methods - digital and non-digital
- The experience and desire to continually seek opportunities for improvement and incorporating best practice L&D strategies and methodologies
- Previous experience in using Articulate Storyline, Canva, Animaker, or similar platforms
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and administering a Learning Management System
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).

**Desirable and highly regarded**:

- A Diploma in Training Design & Development (TAE50216 or equivalent or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint administration
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Power Automate
