We are looking for an **Internal **Communication Specialist **to join the Corporate Communications Team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy and program that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, engages employees, and fosters a positive and productive work environment. This includes channel management, enterprise employee communication events, campaigns, and news management and content development.

We work as an integrated communication team. Occasionally, the Communication Specialist will also support external content development, including social media and other content. We are open to location being Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra.

Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications APAC, we are ideally looking for someone with:

- Proven experience (at least 4+ years) in a similar internal communication roles preferable within a larger organisation.
- Strong digital communication expertise, including experience with intranets, and Microsoft platforms including SharePoint, Teams Town Hall, and Viva Engage.
- Expert writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience in implementing crisis communication plans, especially developing employee communication responses and content.
- Experience in designing and developing engaging video and interactive content.
- Knowledge in managing and executing employee advocacy/recruitment campaigns on social media.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred
