The team leads relationship management and client strategy for Institutional Banking clients, partnering with product teams in delivering the Bank’s Institutional Banking capabilities, operating across various sectors, including: Natural Resources/Energy, Government Corporations, Transport, Real Estate, TMT & more.

**The role**:

- Finance partnering and support
- Production of capital & risk adjusted reporting
- Data and systems process improvements
- Producing timely and accurate client level reporting and analysis
- Engaging and building relationships with international Relationship Bankers
- Understanding and analysis of the various IB products
- Answering client queries
- Partnering the business to ensure appropriate pricing decisions are made
- Involvement in business strategy
- Partnering with multiple stakeholders assisting to deliver forecasting and implementation of cost allocation methodologies
- Providing insights and analysis across a range of client metrics, including: revenue, expenses, capital, risk measures (exposures, PD, LGD), balances, ROE, ROTE, PACC
- Driving a strong control environment through effective financial control of the front to back client data process
- Big 4 consultant with CA/CPA qualification (1-3 years' post qualification experience)
- Impeccable communication skills with a proven track record of dealing with senior stakeholders, able to distill large sets of information and deliver key insights
- Knowledge of Institutional Banking & Markets products preferable
- SQL knowledge preferable
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive attitude, always questioning the status quo
- Analytical skills and passion for continuous improvement
