Based in our office at Southbank in Brisbane, and reporting to the Senior P&C Business partner. The portfolio is National remit, the primary function of this role is to deliver high quality and accurate P&C/ER/IR advice to Managers and Employees and support our line of business to achieve project deliverables.- About the Role-
- Support the P&C component set up including onboarding and recruitment processes, ensuring P&C project deliverables are met.-
- Regularly undertake proactive and comprehensive stakeholder engagement activities to consistently increase the level of business partnering and support across the portfolio-
- Generate both regular and adhoc reports, including P&C metrics, analysis and the identification of trends-
- Provide leadership and support to ensure the P&C team are compliant with UGL quality management practices-
- Lead the coaching on ongoing development of operational Managers and Leaders-
- Assist in compiling the P&C component for tenders, including strategic mapping of the portfolio to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy- About You-
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or a related discipline-
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a P&C function, with comprehensive exposure to IR, ER and industry experience.-
- High focus on team cultural and contributing to team achievements-
- Multi-site P&C experience in the industrial, Mining or Shutdowns and Outages sector is desirable-
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels internally and externally-
- High attention to detail-
- Methodical and demonstrated ability to work independently, with discretion, to organise and prioritise demands, and handle complex tasks simultaneously, within a fast-paced environment-
- Adaptable and with strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills-
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to workplace change, learn quickly, and put new skills and knowledge to immediate use- Our line of business is primarily project driven around high-volume Outages and Shutdowns. You would need to thrive in a very fast paced environment as part of a high performing and collaborative team.- What we offer-
