Working in the busy Bayswater office this position offers an immediate start and a great opportunity for a permanent role. Working standard office hours you will be raising and issuing tax invoices, reconciling monthly statements, and looking after supplier payment transactions using Xero.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaboration of data and processing purchase and sales invoices on a daily basis.
- Managing any account discrepancies, questions or issues with suppliers and customers
- Xero record keeping to be kept current i.e. - invoicing, closing payments, monthly statement
- Reconciling monthly Project Claims for Invoicing.
- Processing credit card payments from clients when this method of payment is chosen
- Processing supplier payments by credit card for COD purchases and other authorised payments.
- Reconciling all tax invoices and statements on a monthly basis with a goal to have all monthly
- Ordering of Fuel Cards, E-tags and other commercial cards as required.
- Ensure all information, queries, documents and other relevant information is obtained in a timely manner
- Provide backup support to the Accounts Manager/Financial Controller as required
- Answering the office phones during times when members of the control room and reception are absent
- Maintain working relationships with new and existing suppliers and clients.
- Good punctuality and time management.
