**The skills you need to bring to this role**
- An eye for detail
- Prior consultative retail sales experience is essential
- Be self-motivated and willingness to exceeding sales targets
- Have strong communications and relationship building skills
- Be comfortable in assisting Women in fitting rooms
- Be warm and understanding, and build rapport with customers
