This is a unique and rare opportunity to work in an innovative and dynamic organisation who's new Head Office is within the inner South-Western Sydney suburbs, operating in a blue collar, multi-site, service and sales commercial environment.

Reporting to an experienced People & Culture Director, your next role as People & Culture Manager will be embedded in a close-knit HR team, operating as a true member of the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team.

You will be the more senior member of the HR team, acting as 2IC within the P&C team. Part of the role will be working strategically, and building the HR infrastructure as well as partnering across this medium-sized multi-branded business. You will be taking ownership of a variety of HR plans whilst coaching leaders to raise the capability across the organisation. Given there HR team is fairly new, and the SME environment lends itself to being more unstructured, then there is an appreciation of the current and future state within the evolution of the business as they have recently expanded, currently optimizing and will continue to grow locally and internationally. There's a lot of 'build' work at the ground root level, whilst the business highly values and regards HR there's a real chance to make a positive impact.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience across the entire employee life cycle as a hands-on operational and strategic HR generalist. You will ideally have experience in medium-sized white and blue-collar businesses. You will be able to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willing to operate at the transactional level. You will be adaptable and adjustable in your style and be able to influence and build relationships. You will have strong consulting and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation, including the executive level. You thrive in ambiguity, a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
