- As our Human Resources Business Partner (Retail) located in Melbourne, Victoria, you will play an integral role within the wider HR team by engaging and partnering with our field operations within our Retail business to work and deliver on varied HR projects with a hands on approach, deliver best in class employee experiences, advocate a positive and engaged environment whilst operating with authenticity, creativity and proactivity.**Requirements for Success**
- Proven experience in providing full end to end HR generalist services, with a passion for employee engagement and partnering with your stakeholders ideally within the retail industry
- Strong, proven understanding of EAs, awards and HR life cycle processes and policies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Capacity to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with a positive outlook
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Formal education in Human Resources or similar
