**SURF & SKATE STORE MANAGER**

**SOUTH WHARF**

**About the role**:

- Create an energetic sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Consistantly meet operating standards including markdown executions, seasonal promos & visual merchandising
- Recruit, manage performance and develop the careers of your team
- Knowledge & contribution to daily sales targets & KPIs

**About you**:

- The ability to lead, coach and develop a large sales team
- A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
- The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales
- Passion for the surf/skate lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
- High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
- Experience in stock control procedures
