**About the role at QBE**

We are currently seeking a National Property Portfolio Manager to join the Property, Facilities & Fleet team, to help drive the end to end portfolio management and strategic leasing across QBE’s diverse Australian property footprint. Further to this, you will support the Head Of Property, Facilities & Fleet in designing a new multiyear road map for the portfolio. In this role you will have the ability to provide exceptional technical advice to our Executives and the ability to manage and execute complex leasing transactions and negotiations, whilst optimising the portfolio to support and enable our strategy. Finally, you will review and manage any potential sub-lease or no location requirements.**National Property Portfolio Manager**
