**Role**
Within a team of half a dozen BA's working in an Agile model - the role is a bridge between the GM's within the Operations and Support Services team and technology teams. The goal is to synthesis problem statements and define requirements for asset and case management for other down stream tech teams to run with to develop. Specifically, you'll be working on business processes related to ServiceNow, ServiceMax, OFSC, JIRA, SharePoint.
This is the key engagement point for the business - you'll work with and build relationships with your GM's and be involved with:
- Running stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering
- Prepare user stories
- Present at sprint planning sessions and participate in Agile ceremonies working closely with the Product Owner
- Work one on one with GM's to define business problems and groom backlogs
- Define business processes, functional and non-functional requirements
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Assist with UAT and PVT
The Ops Support team is approx. 40 staff in multiple teams, presently working a minimum 3 days per week on-site with flexibility to work from home at times, however the key executive stakeholders are full time on-site, so the ability to be flexible and work 5 days in Collins Street may be required to provide outstanding customer service.
**Measure for Success**
- Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst position within an Agile way of working
- Experience creating user stories, participating in sprint planning, driving backlog grooming
- Senior stakeholder management and engagement and ability to convey technical concepts to the business and vice versa
- Process mapping and design skills - Six Sigma certifications highly regarded
- Experience in telecommunications, asset management or case management
- Strong understanding of Field Service Management
- Any experience with ServiceNow, ServiceMax, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) VERY highly regarded
- Comfortable working with JIRA, SharePoint
