The NDIS Administration role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) environment and within our company. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes, contributing to the overall success of NDIS programs and services to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively.

The NDIS Administration role encompasses a diverse range of administrative responsibilities to support the smooth operation of NDIS programs and services. By effectively managing documentation, coordinating appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance, the role contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the NDIS system.

**Duties include**:

- NDIS Participant documentation
- Appointment and scheduling coordination (Rostering for participants and staff essential)
- Managing inquiries and Communication - Liaise with participants, service providers, and external agencies, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
- Staff and Client onboarding
- Administrative support, including - assisting in the coordination of team meetings, preparing agendas, distributing materials and documenting minutes.
- Compliance and Confidentiality - Upholding confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations in handling sensitive information related to staff and participants.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and organised documentation of participant records, service agreements.
- Conflict resolution - Address escalated issues or conflicts, utilizing your experience to find resolutions that align with NDIS policies.

**The Successful Applicant will have**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and handling administrative duties and maintaining records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle challenges and unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Knowledge of NDIS processes, guidelines and policies.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred, particularly within the NDIS or disability services sector.

**Requirements -**
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- NDIS orientation module
- NDIS screening check (To be completed once registered)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bentleigh East, VIC 3165: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
