- Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims for NSW

MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be searching for multiple Workers Compensation Claims Managers as well as Senior Claims Managers to join a well-established, national and continuously growing company based in Sydney CBD.

**The role will include, but not limited to**:

- Work across 60 physical Workers Compensation claims, with a personal, hands-on approach
- Make liability decisions
- Authorise payments within delegated limits
- Organise efficient claims rehabilitation and and technical strategy to support safe early return to work, and mitigate claims cost leakage
- Participate in weekly claims strategy workshops
- Coordinate all investigations and legal referrals
- Communicate and interact with medical professionals, support agencies and others to monitor and assess the progress of rehabilitation efforts, and to facilitate return to work
- Prepare all necessary forms, records and documentation, to include statistical analyses and reports, for all claims assigned, as required by various regulatory agencies.
- Strong experience within a similar Workers Compensation claims role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Customer focused - with genuine desire to help people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail, and excellent time management
