About the Business Unit
The Education and Engagement Branch engages with individuals, organisations and communities on issues relating to discrimination, human rights, racial and religious vilification, and change and suppression practices. We provide tailored and innovative information, education, and consultancy services to empower rights-holders and build capability making Victoria fairer, safer and more inclusive where everyone is respected and treated with dignity.

About the Role
As the Principal Adviser Pay Equality, key responsibilities include:

- Lead the third phase of the Commission's work on equal pay for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Consult with experts and SME end-users in the design, development and testing of each resource.
- Consult with industry bodies and other key stakeholders, and maintain relationships.
- Manage the project team comprising of staff and any consultants.
- You will also be responsible for managing resources effectively, and ensuring knowledge can be shared and retained within the Commission.

About you
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering education services, including the development, delivery and evaluation of tailored education programs, tools and resources.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in organisational/behavioural change.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and its legislation or capacity to quickly attain this knowledge.
