**Role description**

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team to drive a culture of exceptional customer service and empower their team to deliver a memorable shopping experience every time. They are responsible for training, coaching and developing their team and running the day to day operations of their stores.

- Follow and implement the brands Sales approach
- Being an expert in product knowledge
- Being the to go to person for everything related to store operations
- Being the key trainer for all new retail team members who come on board
- Maintaining visual merchandising to the highest standard
- Awareness of the stores financials and actively working towards increasing them
- Ensuring stock management is a focus and maintains a high level of accuracy
- Training and coaching the Assistant Managers to be able to lead the store in their absence
- Ensuring all marketing and promotional activities are maximised instore
- Role modelling the brands corporate culture and values and instilling them in your team
- Promoting and strengthening a positive brand impression
