**Company Description**
We are looking for emerging leaders, who have experience in the food and beverage service industry, know how to motivate a team and make genuine connections with guests.

Open vacancies:

- ** Breakfast Supervisor at Platform 88** - morning shifts, buffet offering, high volume service
- ** Bar Supervisor at Eves Bar** - lunch and evening shifts, casual dining, variable peak times
- Full time role, with varying shifts across all 7 days
- Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficiently
- Lead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests
- Problem solving -you never know what’s going to happen but you need to try and problem solve it.
- Liaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when needed
- Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service (café, bar, restaurant, room service, events etc.)
- Hold a valid RSA - essential
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guests
- A team-player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and adaptable to different situations
- Someone who can lead by example, as well as positively influence and motivate the team
