**Duties include**:

- Being the first and last point of contact for our valued patients
- Answering phone calls, taking messages & answering patient enquiries
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Processing payments

**To be successful for this role you must have the following**:

- **Previous experience with Best Practice or Medical Director software**:

- Previous medical receptionist experience is essential
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- An understanding of policies & procedures relevant to the position
- Use a computer efficiently and effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Professional, outgoing, reliable and friendly nature

At Oxford Street Medical Centre we are a privately billing clinic and have a team of fun loving professionals who enjoy coming to work and providing some of the best quality healthcare for our patients. We are constantly striving to be better in all we do and want to partner with good people who want to challenge themselves to be the best at what they do. Additional training and career progression is available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
