You will join a team of dedicated Service Delivery Analysts, collectively responsible for delivering exceptional operational support and driving continuous delivery of product backlogs and roadmap enhancements. Together, we strive to optimize our services and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Our customer base is diverse, ranging from executives in Duncan Street, Fortitude Valley through to Water Industry Workers working remotely across South-East Queensland leveraging mobile technology and in-vehicle configurations.

**Your opportunity**:

- Own end-to-end lifecycle management of assigned digital products, focusing on both short
- and long-term development.
- Diagnose and resolve level 2 and 3 service delivery issues for assigned digital products, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Stay updated on external trends to ensure digital products align with organizational strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with other product owners to optimize operational methods, procedures, and practices according to best practice frameworks.
