**About the role**

We are looking for **MineStar Controllers** to manage the operations of our Pilbara Mine autonomous fleet to ensure that safety, operational and production targets are met while working to achieve optimal performance with site personnel in a safe manner.

You’ll be part of a high performing team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work on a **3 days on, 3 nights on and 6 days off **roster, with flexible working arrangements available, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.

Reporting to the Supervisor Control, you will
- Utilise state of the art technology and systems to deliver KPIs
- Worki in a team environment
- Controlling the world’s first Autonomous Watercarts
- Controlling CAT trucks
- Liaising with site to achieve the best possible outcome

**What you’ll bring**
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
- Extensive experience in AHS - Autonomous Haulage System, MineStar Fleet Management System, MineStar Command System, Infield builder experience, Infield pit knowledge and/or MineStar Building.
- A strong work ethic with the willingness to succeed and make all KPI’s set within the role
- Sound communication and computer skills
- Strong forward-thinking mindset and strategic and analytical skills
- The ability to multi-task within a busy work environment
- Mining experience
- A current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
