**About the role**:
The Organisation:

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all referral appointments and ensure the case notes are maintained.
- Create and/or update all cases with the appropriate plan of action.
- Place guarantee of payment to service providers, as requested.
- Act as a centralised point for all correspondence and claims.
- Verify client status to access service, with network providers.
- Ensure that medical records are followed up and updated, and that reporting inputs are captured, so as to ensure a high level of service is provided
- Maintain databases by regularly updating service providers, general practitioner and pharmacy allocations.

**About you**:

- Confident decision making skills.
- Communicate medical decisions to stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality on medical information.
- Sound analytical skills with the capacity to approach problems broadly.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients and management.
- Knowledge and experience of working with culturally diverse client groups
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and be able to use computerised medical records.
- Capacity to appreciate the potential challenges of delivering health services in a politically sensitive environment.
