Contract Cleaner

We are a reputable cleaning company providing top-notch cleaning services in the Northern Rivers area. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning subcontractors to join our team and help us maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position: Cleaning Subcontractor

Location: Northern Rivers Region

Common Cleaning Responsibilities and Duties in the role:

- Tidying up
- Dusting
- Making beds
- Cleaning mirrors
- Cleaning, including sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets
- Cleaning shower tile grouting and shower glass
- Wiping down surfaces and appliances
- Vacuuming and mopping/steam cleaning
- Cleaning sinks and stovetops

Travel:

- Traveling to and from service locations.

Other respondibilities in different services include:

- Cobweb and dust removal
- Wiping and dusting fixed shelves, picture frames, mirrors, and fly screens
- Washing/sweeping patios, pathways, and entrances
- Door and window cleaning (including inside and outside ground floor windows)
- Full wall washing
- Blind cleaning
- Cleaning fridge and ovens
- Door scuff removal
- Outside area cleaning
- Garages and shed cleaning
- Cleaning of picture frames, additional mirrors that are not built-in, and household objects
- Decluttering and organizing (with instructions given)
- Gardening
- Household chores such as doing laundry, washing dishes, taking out rubbish, and doing shopping for clients.
- Running errands such as picking up medicationfor shopping, or laundry collection and delivery.

Requirements to be considered for the role:

- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to provide exceptional cleaning service and meet client expectations
- Own transport and cleaning equipment
- Has own insurances and Police check
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Join our team and help us deliver exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients in the Northern Rivers area
- Based in the Northern Rivers area, Ideally based in Lismore, Ballina or Byron Bay or within the surrounding suburbs or between each of those three locales.
- Willing to travel up to 30 minutes per shift without travel compensation, shifts at a distance greater than 30 minutes from the premises of the cleaner will sometimes carry a call-out fee of x0.5 the usual hourly rate paid to the cleaner for their services.
- Willing to work between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, with most bookings primarily occurring between 9:30am and 5:30pm
- Has a clean Police Check, Public liability insurance, and ideally Working With Children's Check and personal injury insurance policy as well.
- Has experience with cleaning in a professional capacity of ideally 1+ years but less experience can be considered.

How to Apply:

Pay: $31.50 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
