Peak Support Specialist

We’re looking for passionate customer-focused team members to join our MyNetwork support team at Australia Post

Our seasonal roles are fixed term, full time for 2 months starting from 27th November 2023 to 19th January 2024.

You are rostered between opening hours of 8:30am - 4:21pm, working from Darebin Parcel Delivery Centre.

We’re looking for passionate customer-focused team members to join our MyNetwork support team at Australia Post

Roles are fixed term, full time for 2 months starting from 27th November 2023 to 19th January 2024.

The salary for this role commences at $73,027 per annum plus 12% superannuation.

**What you’ll be doing**

Providing our internal customers with relevant information to help with external customer enquiries

Developing and maintaining relationships with different teams in the business

Playing a pivotal role in creating a collaborative approach to problem solving

You’ll be ensuring our internal customers are satisfied, by harnessing your relentlessly empathetic attitude, with your unique ability to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, the first time.
