Australia Account Payable Specialist A

What you’ll be doing
As an Account Payables/Receivables Associate at Prysmian Group you will Process end to end Accounts Payable, run payments, handle high volume of data, review invoices for approval and also support treasury. The finance team is supporting our business in Australia and New Zealand and this role is based in our plant in Liverpool.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing end to end Accounts Payable
- Identify any discrepancies, investigate to resolving the issues
- Review invoices for satisfactory payment approval
- Payment runs.
- Account reconciliations
- Monthly reports and cash forecasts
- Helping Treasury accounts Reconciliation
- Help Prepare and manage AP forecast on Weekly basis
- Support Intercompany reconciliations at month end
- Support GL reconciliation
What you´ll need:
- 2-3 years full functioning accounts payable experience with in a medium to large organization
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- SAP experience desirable.
