**We have a temporary role within the team for a high performing Business Partner to join the Health Executive Unit, People & Culture, Workplace Relations Branch of the Ministry of Health.**

**About you**

Senior stakeholder management would be your thing, you would enjoy continuous learning, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You would need great attention to detail and be comfortable working both with policy and procedures and also ambiguity.

**About this role**
The Business Partner (Health Executive Service) provides strategic and operational advice and support on a broad range of employment related matters for all senior executives across NSW Health.

Any temporary role may lead to an ongoing opportunity.

**Crown Clerk 7/8**, salary from $106,025 - $117,363 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading

**What you'll be doing**

The role is responsible for providing accurate analysis and advice to a portfolio of state-wide health entities, and senior management of the Ministry of Health and NSW Health on HR processes and conditions of employment for Health Service senior executives Officers (HSSEs) and Public Service Senior Executives (PSSEs). All work is underpinned by ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, NSW Public Service directives, policy and procedures in relation to the Health Executive Service.
