**THE COMPANY**
people2people have partnered with one of Melbourne's well known construction companies located on the Abbotsford. This organisation is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

**THE ROLE**
Your duties will include, but aren't limited to:

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Accepting deliveries from couriers
- Assisting with travel bookings
- Ordering of office supplies
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for this role you will have:

- Demonstrated expertise in Reception positions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
