Front Office Receptionist

Corporate Living Accommodation is an exciting new brand in the accommodation sector.
Our serviced apartment hotel in Abbotsford is buzzing with long and short-term travellers enjoying all Melbourne has to offer for both work-convenience and recreation.
We need an enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join the team and provide exceptional customer service on a day to day basis.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Managing occupancy and room allocations.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and upgrade.
- Communicate with all departments on day-to-day operations of the business
- Maintain and follow standard processes, checklists and work tasks regarding the duties and administration of a successful reception area.
You will provide personalised experiences for guests. You enjoy anticipating guest needs, making suitable recommendations for their stay.
**Skills and Experience**
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills accommodation/reservation software
- Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to multitask
- Previous experience in an accommodation business would be highly regarded.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $31.09 - $43.52 per hour
