**Details of the Division and Team**:
The role encapsulates the management of the Cash Operations Product supporting the Corporate Bank Business in Australia with a key requirement to coordinate and work in tandem with all relevant stakeholders including internal and external clients supporting the overall growth of the Australian franchise.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Measurement and adherence to KPI’s as set out by Operations Management
- Responsible for the timely, completion and processing of transactions (including performing all relevant controls)
- Managing onshore and offshore staff on a daily basis and assigning responsibilities where required
- Keep all operational procedures and guidelines updated and ensure adherence to guidelines and benchmarks i.e., Payment Gold Standards.
- Conduct regular operational performance reviews and participate in self-assessments
- Effectively manage risk and foster an environment where the team is fully aware of operational risk management.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting at all levels across business disciplines, regions and branches.
- Conversant with all Regulatory Reporting requirements supporting Cash Operations i.e., IFTI Reporting and Tax Reporting requirements
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT payment message types and associated conventions
- Effective Stakeholder management Skills, Service Delivery, Decision making and leadership skills.
- Strong People Management Skills
