The Opportunity
As Change Analyst you’ll provide each project that the Consumer organization launches in market with best practice change management analysis and support that ensures E2E ‘acceptance and readiness’ of any change created, resulting in an awesome customer and agent experience, and delivery of business objectives.
You’ll play a critical role in building and embedding a change management discipline, through the creation of analysis frameworks, reporting, knowledge sharing and operating rhythms, that build key stakeholder understanding, appreciation and support for the importance and positive impact that E2E change can have for customers and the wider business.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Working with the Business Readiness Manager to establish change management rhythm that drives E2E review and identification of changes required across the business that is driven by each project.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders that foster awareness, analysis and two-way understanding of potential impacts that each project is likely to have on relevant business units.
- Support the Business Readiness Manager in providing effective stakeholder management to ensure that identified changes are accepted and agreed to be actioned before project launch.
- Help drive E2E change, ensuring action is taken across all areas of business, supported by thorough documentation.
- Support ‘Go/No Go’ project delivery gate for all projects across Consumer, by providing a recommendation on ‘E2E business readiness’ for any change that is created by a project.
- Assist Project Managers with regular status tracking and reporting on E2E readiness for projects and develop change management artefacts and tools to effectively support the understanding of project readiness.

What you’ll bring to this role
- Proven experience in change management, or a related role in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices and strong documentation skills.
- Business acumen, combined with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding customer, front-line, business processes and systems that could be impacted by project change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making coupled with a flexible mindset and a high level of resilience.
- The skill to deal with multiple, concurrent competing priorities and effective with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
- A confident communicator, comfortable engaging across the organisation and actively building, developing, and maintaining excellent professional working relationships with stakeholders.
