The Retail Loss Analytics Officer is responsible for the total loss analysis of all financial harm factors in the business. Partner with the broader Retail Loss team to develop operational outcomes of the fraud detection system, across Myer online and stores.

**About the role**:

- Monitor and perform fraud reviews for online and store transactions
- Use fraud detection tools and reports to identify potential fraudulent transactions
- Assist with complex inquiries from the Customer Service Centre and Online Teams
- Collaborate with the team to reduce overall exposure to fraud, reduce chargebacks, and improve the user experience for legitimate customers.
- Provide proactive insights and analysis of key risk drivers related to financial loss to enable effective risk mitigation responses.
- Prepare evidence/briefs for investigators and/or store leadership members

**About you**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with customers and internal team members
- Strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
